Gestalt is a non-profit organisation with limited liability, focused on the fields of psychological and social support, mental well-being, protection, life skills, and safeguarding. It plays a fundamental role in raising awareness, capacity building, and behaviour modification in these areas by offering paid, free, and low-cost services, as well as implementing donor-funded activities in the field to promote psychological well-being for children, youth, and the elderly.

 

Additionally, it develops life skills and modifies behaviour among children and youth, builds the capacities of workers and those qualified for the labour market, and improves the quality of services related to protection and safeguarding. It also works on developing policies and procedures for partners to reduce violence and abuse.u
